House Specials

The “Mae Mae” ~ Breakfast quesadilla filled with egg, spinach and tomato; your choice of chicken, turkey or salmon served on P28 flatbread with a dab of salsa~blend, Greek yogurt and avocado on the side.

Pumpkin French Toast made with P28 Bread ~ An Autumn treat all year round, a sweet blend of egg whites and pumpkin puree, mixed with fall spices of cinnamon and a pinch of pumpkin spice on P28 bread.

The “oMELet” ~ A blend of egg whites, mixed with spinach and topped with a sprinkle of cheddar (vegan cheese option available).


Eggs and Such

All our egg plates can be made with one ($3), two ($4.50) or even three ($6) eggs

Fried Egg served on “Avocado Toast”: egg(s) fried in a smidge of coconut oil served with one whole small avocado on one slice of P28 Bread.

The Baked Goddess: Egg whites mixed with a blend of spinach, broccoli and kale, baked and topped with your choice of cheddar (vegan available) or Swiss.

Blueberry Oatmeal: Steal~cut oats made with unsweetened almond milk, fresh blueberries, cinnamon and chia seeds served hot with chopped almonds and a drizzle of sweet honey. Also available, chocolate donut flavored oatmeal!!                                                              

Cheesy Cheddar & Spinach Baked Egg(s): cheddar cheese and spinach blended with minced garlic and spices baked with and egg or egg whites and served in three individual  saucers.

Fresh Strawberry Pancakes: Chose from a variety of flavors of high-protein pancakes and top them off with cool whip and fresh strawberries.
